From Big 4 to Silicon Valley to This.

We came from Big 4 consulting. Went to Silicon Valley. Built a startup that missed the mark. That failure taught us everything — and became the foundation for Traction First.

Our first iteration was a software company. Our mantra: "build the right thing." We preached "validate before you build." Almost nobody listened. Everyone had their Field of Dreams moment — "just build it and they'll come."

So we started catching people after. Founders who built something great but couldn't grow it. Established businesses that had never cracked a repeatable growth engine. Companies doing fine — but stuck at the same revenue year after year.
